You noticed that they baptized forward -- face first. Are you sure they are Baptists? I would be willing to bet they are some sort of Brethren tradition -- perhaps Grace Brethren. I know in western VA the Church of the Brethren is quite prominent -- but they baptize THREE times forward (Father, Son & Holy Ghost!).
Incidentally, the Brethren are descendents of the Anabaptist tradition, not the Baptist. Wondering if you know anything beyond what's shown on the video...?
